Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The focus of your practice will be on stable, low-acuity adults from diverse backgrounds presenting with a myriad of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transition issues. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- A valid clinical license to practice independently in California, such as:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
- Proficient in digital communication and therapeutic platforms, with a strong aptitude for technology.

Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition, we provide a significant sign-on bonus to help our new therapists settle into their roles. Other benefits include:
