Key Responsibilities\n

- Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy, depending on the client's needs and preferences.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing innovative techniques and strategies to facilitate discussion and promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain informed about the latest practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
