We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team.

Position Summary

The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing bookings, coordinating housing availability, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and guests. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple reservations with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone and email
  • Coordinate availability for private units and workforce housing accommodations
  • Enter and maintain accurate reservation records
  • Communicate rates, policies, and lodging details clearly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food service, and on-site supervisors
  • Process changes, extensions, and cancellations
  • Support corporate and group bookings as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, front desk, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation or scheduling systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
