Revit/ CAD Coordinator

About the Role
Are you a Revit and CAD professional looking to make your mark on exciting, varied projects? Our well-established consultancy is looking for someone just like you to join the Manchester office.

You'll be working across a diverse range of sectors including residential, student accommodation, industrial, education, and data centres. This role offers the chance to work on multi-use developments while collaborating with experienced engineers and project teams in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Producing, coordinating, and updating Revit models and CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical systems.
Supporting project teams across multi-use residential, student, industrial, education, and data centre projects.
Preparing layouts for lighting, power, containment, fire alarm, and data systems.
Assisting with design documentation, specifications, and schedules.
Working alongside senior engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet UK Building Regulations and client requirements.

What You'll Bring
Experience in Revit and AutoCAD within building services engineering.
Experience across one or more sectors: residential, student, industrial, education, data centres.
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, BS standards, and MEP principles.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Enthusiasm for technical problem-solving and continuous learning.
