MEP Revit Coordinator - London (Hybrid)\n\n£45,000/£50,000\n\nA leading, fast-growing consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join their expanding team in London. With offices across the UK, including Birmingham and Belfast, this firm has quickly established itself as one of the top rising consultancies in the capital, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and data centre sectors.\n\nThe role sits within their newly established internal BIM team, which is set for significant growth, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape and develop the team's capabilities.\n\nLocation & Working Pattern:\n This position is based in the London office, near Liverpool Street, with a hybrid arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate MEP models within Revit across a variety of complex projects.\nCollaborate with design teams to ensure the highest BIM standards are maintained.\nSupport the development and implementation of BIM processes within the growing internal team.\nAssist in training and mentoring junior staff where necessary. \n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of 3 years' UK experience working as a Revit Coordinator in the MEP sector.\nStrong knowledge of Revit and BIM processes within building services.\nExperience working on projects within commercial, residential, or data centres .\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\nMust have the right to work freely in the UK.
