We are seeking a Revit Detailer to support Fire Alarm and Detection Systems projects. This role develops and maintains fabrication-ready BIM models, shop drawings, and installation drawings that support prefabrication, modularization, and field installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and installation drawings for Fire Alarm and Detection piping systems using Autodesk Revit
- Produce coordinated, fabrication-ready models supporting prefabrication, modularization, and field installation
- Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and pre-fabrication teams to ensure accurate system routing and constructability within a BIM/VDC environment
- Participate in clash detection and coordination, resolving conflicts in high-density piping layouts
- Interface with fabrication shops and field teams to align models with spool drawings, installation sequencing, and prefabrication strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of BIM/Revit experience in modeling or detailing
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with working knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and multi-trade model integration in high-density environments
- Ability to interpret construction documents, P&IDs, and specifications and translate them into constructible models
- Familiarity with piping fabrication workflows, including spool drawings and installation sequencing
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in fast-paced, schedule-driven project environments
- Experience with fabrication-driven BIM workflows and prefabrication strongly
- Experience supporting hyperscale, data center, industrial, or mission-critical facilities highly desirable
Benefits and Compensation
- $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience
- Local to Tempe, AZ.
- Remote eligibility for the right candidate following a two-week training period
