Integral Power Atlantic is seeking a Safety Professional to support field operations in and around the Washington DC and Northern Virginia area.
\n
This role will spend 80% of their time in the field to support safety across electrical distribution, data center projects, and storm restoration work with regular travel to active jobsites and project locations.
\n
\n
Pay Range: $95,000 - $125,000
\n

RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
• Deliver and coordinate safety training programs for field and supervisory personnel
\n
• Conduct jobsite audits and inspections and support field supervision on hazard identification and control
\n
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
\n
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, client and utility-specific safety requirements
\n
• Manage contractor prequalification platforms and safety documentation
\n
• Track and report safety metrics and leading indicators
\n
• Support job hazard analysis and pre-task planning processes
\n
• Maintain training records, certifications and safety documentation
\n
• Provide field safety presence during projects and emergency response events
\n
• Authority to stop work when conditions warrant
\n
\n
QUALIFICATIONS
\n
• Five or more years of construction or utility safety experience including large project or data center work
\n
• Electric utility, line construction including overhead, underground, and energized work experience strongly
\n
• OSHA 500 or 510 certification; CHST, ASP or CSP
\n
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.269 and applicable construction standards
\n
• Excellent communication skills and credibility with field crews
\n
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and emergency response events
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or related field
\n
• High attention to detail with excellent organization skills
