Location: Toledo, OH
Duration: 3 to 5 years (Potential full time transition based on performance and client needs)

Compensation
???? Rate: $53 to $56 per hour
???? Per Diem: Not available
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule
???? Hours: 50 to 60 hours per week, Monday through Friday guaranteed with Saturdays as the project increases in activity
???? Schedule: Monday through Friday, Saturdays incorporated during peak phases

Project Scope
This assignment supports an electrical contractor on a large scale data center build. The role focuses on providing comprehensive safety oversight across multiple ongoing scopes of electrical construction. The Safety Manager will serve as an on site resource for craft personnel, supervisors, and client representatives, ensuring that all tasks align with company procedures, project requirements, and regulatory standards.

The project involves long term electrical installation activities within a rapidly progressing data center environment. Continuous coordination, proactive hazard recognition, and strong communication are critical for success.

Primary focus areas include:
• Providing daily safety oversight in active electrical work areas within a hyperscale data center construction setting
• Conducting detailed audits, documenting deficiencies, and reporting directly to the site Foreman for timely correction
• Collecting, organizing, and submitting daily safety documentation and reports to the client
• Conducting new hire orientations and supporting ISNetworld onboarding, training, and badging requirements
• Monitoring crews for compliance with site rules, electrical safe work practices, and client specific expectations
• Supporting toolbox talks, pre task planning, and craft level coaching to reinforce safe execution
• Engaging with general contractor representatives and subcontractor teams to maintain consistent safety communication and alignment
• Assisting the team with incident prevention strategies and corrective action follow through

Qualifications
✅ CHST or higher required
✅ Construction experience required, preferably within high volume commercial or industrial environments
✅ OSHA 500
✅ Electrical construction experience is beneficial
✅ NFPA 70E knowledge is an important asset, especially in energized work areas
✅ Ability to work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication with multiple project stakeholders
✅ Strong organizational ability to manage reporting, documentation, and field oversight simultaneously
