Safety Manager

Full-Time | (Travelling role)

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Safety Manager and to support a large-scale Electrical Contractor on mission-critical data center projects in the U.S.

Electrical Safety Manager (Travelling role)

This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring the highest standards of electrical safety, compliance, and field execution across multiple project sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce electrical safety programs across active job sites
• Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and client-specific safety standards
• Provide safety training and mentorship to field teams
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with project managers and site leadership to drive a strong safety culture

✅ Qualifications:

• Strong background in electrical construction (data center experience )
• Proven experience in electrical safety management
• In-depth knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices
• OSHA certifications (30-hour minimum; additional certifications a plus)
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
