Job Title: Construction Safety Manager
Location: Lancaster, TX
Duration: 6-12 months (Immediate Start)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $48-$50/hr
- Completion Bonus: $150/month
- Pay: Weekly
Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Friday - Some Saturdays (60 hours a week)
Project Scope:
Overall safety management for GC for a large Data Center. Experience in various industries and trades , such as commercial, industrial, renewable energy, and infrastructure. Familiarity with trades like electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and concrete is highly valued.
Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years in construction safety management, with a strong background in site safety coordination, hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance with OSHA standards. Experience with scaffolding, trenching, excavation, fall protection, heavy equipment operations, and crane safety is a plus. Electrical safety experience . Bilingual (Spanish Speaking).

Certifications: Current OSHA 500 certification . Additional certifications in confined space entry, rigging, signal person, and first aid/CPR are highly desirable.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations.
- Provide safety training as needed.
- Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices.
- Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence.
- Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required within the manager's skills and certifications
Skills:
- Excellent public speaking and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- OSHA outreach training experience is a plus.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
