We are seeking a motivated Safety Coordinator / EHS Safety Professional with approximately 3–5 years of experience to support safety programs on a high-tech semiconductor construction and facility environment. This role will assist in implementing and maintaining Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures across active construction and operational areas, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, client requirements, and site-specific safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-risk, mission-critical setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on field safety experience in construction or industrial environments and is looking to grow within a large-scale semiconductor or advanced manufacturing project. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily field safety activities across construction and/or facility operations
  • Conduct regular site walks, safety audits, and hazard assessments
  • Assist in enforcing OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements
  • Help coordinate contractor safety compliance, orientations, and training
  • Review and support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and safe work plans
  • Participate in incident reporting, documentation, and basic investigations
  • Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site orientations
  • Monitor compliance with PPE, access control, and high-risk work activities (hot work, electrical, confined space, etc.)
  • Assist senior safety staff in maintaining safety documentation and reporting systems
  • Promote a strong safety culture focused on hazard recognition and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of safety experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and general construction safety practices
  • Experience on active job sites with subcontractor coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-contractor environments
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

:

  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • Experience in semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing construction
  • Exposure to high-purity environments (cleanroom, UPW, or process piping) is a plus
  • First Aid/CPR certification
