Safety Specialist - Data Center Construction

Job Description

Ellerbrock-Norris is looking for an experienced Safety Specialist to support a large-scale data center construction project in Omaha, Nebraska.

This role will be embedded on-site, partnering with project leadership and trade contractors to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-run jobsite.

What we're looking for:

✔ CHST Certification (Required)

✔ OSHA 30 – Construction

✔ 3–5 years supporting data center projects

✔ Strong construction safety background

What you'll do:

• Lead daily safety walks and hazard assessments

• Oversee high-risk work (electrical, hot work, working at heights)

• Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks

• Ensure OSHA and client safety compliance

• Partner with project teams to address safety concerns in real time
