We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. This role combines strategic sales development with hands-on account management — ideal for a driven professional who excels at building relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and growing key accounts.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development and expand Phiston’s presence in target markets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support and fulfillment.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, quotes, and sales documentation.
  • Represent Phiston at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports in CRM tools.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales and account management, ideally in technology, security, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
