The Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality sales opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects—building relationships, creating interest, and setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers in target industries and regions.

  • Drive outreach via calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn).

  • Qualify leads based on project scope, budget, timeline, and decision-makers.

  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives and sales support teams.

  • Keep CRM data accurate and pipeline healthy.

  • Collaborate with marketing on lead campaigns.

  • Follow up on inbound leads from our website, events, and industry sources.

  • Track and report KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities).

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in sales development, lead , or customer outreach (B2B ).

  • Bonus: Experience in industrial, construction, or water/wastewater sectors.

  • Strong phone presence, communication, and writing skills.

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical products and explain their value.

  • Self-starter who thrives on hitting goals in a collaborative team.
