Role
Generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities. First point of contact for prospects. Conduct outbound and inbound outreach, qualify project needs, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and research target accounts
- Outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads (scope, budget, timeline, decision-makers)
- Book meetings for Account Executives
- Update CRM and track pipeline activity (Salesforce)
- Follow up inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Track KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years sales development, lead , or B2B inside sales
- Strong communication and phone skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce )
- Ability to learn technical or engineered products
- Goal-driven, self-motivated
- : Industrial, construction, or water/wastewater experience
Compensation
- Base salary plus incentives and bonus (OTE)
