Role Purpose:
To lead business growth in the Data Centre Infrastructure Sector by developing a strong client portfolio and executing strategic sales plans aligned with the Client in UK expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for entry and growth in the Data Centre Infrastructure Sector.
- Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales performance to meet business targets and deliver fluid work outcomes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and weekly progress reports.
- Capture and communicate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to shape solutions.
- Monitor market trends, client behaviour, and competitors to refine strategy.
- Manage tendering, PQQ completion, bid management, and contractual negotiations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to build success from scratch.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in sales, business development, and client management within the Data Centre Infrastructure Sector.
- Strong technical and engineering knowledge of data centre infrastructure.
- Established industry network and client connections.
- Expertise in estimating, tender processes, bid management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work autonomously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
