Role Purpose:

To lead business growth in the Data Centre Infrastructure Sector by developing a strong client portfolio and executing strategic sales plans aligned with the Client in UK expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for entry and growth in the Data Centre Infrastructure Sector.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive sales performance to meet business targets and deliver fluid work outcomes.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and weekly progress reports.
  • Capture and communicate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to shape solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, client behaviour, and competitors to refine strategy.
  • Manage tendering, PQQ completion, bid management, and contractual negotiations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to build success from scratch.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in sales, business development, and client management within the Data Centre Infrastructure Sector.
  • Strong technical and engineering knowledge of data centre infrastructure.
  • Established industry network and client connections.
  • Expertise in estimating, tender processes, bid management, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written English).
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work autonomously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
