Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: UK Wide (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Commission + Benefits

A leading acoustic solutions and noise control manufacturer is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead technical sales and project delivery across the UK. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong contract negotiation and project management experience within industrial, data centre, or building services environments.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing major acoustic enclosure, attenuator, and noise control system projects - managing relationships from tender through to installation. You'll work closely with internal design, engineering, and production teams to deliver bespoke, high-performance acoustic systems that meet demanding technical and commercial requirements.

Duties for the role of Sales Manager include:

Leading contract negotiation and tendering for large industrial projects

Managing client relationships across data centres, power, and infrastructure sectors

Overseeing full project lifecycles from quotation to handover

Coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure successful delivery

Preparing proposals, commercial bids, and technical presentations

Representing the company at site meetings, trade shows, and client reviews

Skills and experience required for the role of Sales Manager:

Proven background in acoustic engineering, noise control, or building services

Experience managing large contracts and complex project negotiations

Strong understanding of acoustic enclosures, silencers, and ventilation systems

Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills

Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
