Role Overview
Were hiring an experienced, client-facing Sales Manager to drive new business and grow strategic accounts. This role is quota-carrying and best suited for a self-starter who thrives in fast, consultative sales cycles.
- Build and manage a revenue pipeline across priority sectors (renewables, transmission, O&G, storage, data centers).
- Lead outreach, discovery, proposals, and contract close; coordinate handoff to delivery teams.
- Represent Volta at client meetings, industry events, and conferences; travel as needed.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; report on KPIs.
- Experience is a must: 37+ years in B2B services sales (infrastructure, energy, engineering, land/title, or adjacent).
- Proven quota attainment and account growth in a consultative, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Polished client-facing communication; strong proposal and negotiation skills.
- Based in Dallas, comfortable working remotely and traveling regularly.
