Your Mission
Lead the entire commercial agenda for a fire‑protection business that is scaling rapidly across EMEA. You’ll take ownership of strategy, team leadership, market development, and sales performance—ensuring the business becomes the choice in specification‑led environments.
You’ll be the senior voice guiding markets through evolving fire codes, lifecycle compliance needs, and high‑stakes technical decisions.
You Will Drive
Regional Leadership
Shape and execute the EMEA growth strategy
Coach and elevate country and regional sales leaders
Build a unified, high‑performance culture across markets
Market Expansion
Identify high‑potential segments: industrial, energy, infrastructure, data centres
Strengthen relationships with consultants, fire contractors & AHJs
Position solutions at the Basis of Design stage in major projects
Sales Excellence
Oversee governance, forecasting & CRM adoption
Enhance specification win rates and value‑based pricing discipline
Champion lifecycle offerings and digital service expansion
