As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding projects from initial concept and quoting to final implementation. You will work directly with partners, engineering teams, and our internal team to design solutions, prepare detailed quotes, and ensure that every project aligns with technical and scope requirements. This is a key customer-facing role requiring strong communication, technical comprehension, and organizational excellence. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical. We are looking for a committed long-term individual who is exited to grow with the company. Compensation is commission based, 1.5% uncapped. Our company has been growing fast, this years sales exceeding $10 million. This is a unique opportunity where the individual in this position will have the opportunity to assume the entire established sales pipeline, with uncapped potential for additional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate quotations for custom containment projects.
- Work with customers to understand project needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Work with drafter to prepare project submittals and concept drawings.
- Read, interpret, and analyze engineering and architectural drawings to ensure feasibility and scope alignment.
- Coordinate with engineering, drafting, and production teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Manage multiple active projects and opportunities at once, keeping tasks organized and timelines on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the sales and project development stages.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to read and understand engineering and architectural drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales, project management, engineering sales, or related fields.
- Familiarity with custom fabrication or engineered solutions.
- SolidWorks experience (helpful but not required).
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically about project requirements and constraints.
