What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, which may include offices, data centers, and common areas typically found in technology and media environments.
• Observe for unusual activity or potential risks and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information and guidance as needed, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities during shifts according to company and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of .
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is .
• Access control or badge experience is .
• Customer service experience is .
• Be at least 18 years of for unarmed roles; 21+ years of for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
