What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or members of the public by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entry points and restricted areas, verify identification or authorization when required, and direct individuals to appropriate locations in accordance with posted rules and site policies.
• Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations to site representatives and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support incident follow-up when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is .
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
