We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team! Our Site Supervisor will be the senior point of contact for day-to-day management and operations. The ideal candidate will manage and direct all operational, financial, administrative, client relations and staff activities. The individual will build and retain client and employee relations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager and Parrish Security Group Administration
  • Oversee and manage client relationships
  • Manage hourly employees assigned to your sites
  • Develop and mentor staff
  • Interviewing new hires in the selection process
  • Weekly Scheduling
  • Responsible for assigned sites 24/7

Minimum Training and Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • MUST possess current Texas Level II Security License
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Security experience required
  • Security Management experience is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Must have demonstrated professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in maintaining sensitive information.
  • Must be dependable and operate with the highest level of integrity
  • Military background is a plus
