Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Access Control Installers to join our team for projects in secure Data Center environments.
In this role, you will install, test, and maintain electronic access control systems, security hardware, cabling, and related infrastructure to meet physical security standards and ensure the safety of critical IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install and terminate access control devices including card readers, electric strikes, maglocks, door position switches, and REX devices.
Mount and wire control panels, power supplies, and enclosures to manufacturer specifications.
Pull, route, and secure cable (Cat5e/6, RS-485, etc.) in structured pathways (tray, conduit, raceway).
Perform system testing, labeling, and troubleshooting.
Interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and floor plans.
Work with site security teams and general contractors to ensure installations meet client and regulatory standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites.
Comply with all data center access and safety protocols.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience installing access control or low voltage systems (Data Center experience ).
Proficiency with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, AMAG, S2, Bosch, Honeywell, DMP, SoftwareHouse, etc.
Strong understanding of electronic door hardware and power requirements.
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE requirements in high-security environments.
OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, or other relevant certifications a plus.
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (ladders, lifts, tight spaces, etc.).
Compensation:

Pay up to $35.00 depending on experience
Weekly Pay
Referral Bonuses up to $250 for referrals that result in a placement (Ask for details)
