Semi-Static AC Engineer (Data Centres)

Job Description

My client is seeking a Semi Static AC Engineer with Data Centre experience - who is happy to be based 3 days a week on a Static Site in Hounslow and mobile the other 2 days working in Car Show Rooms. \n\nExperience with the following equipment is vital: \n\nChilled water & DX units\nCRAC Units\nDry Aired Coolers\nChillers\nVRVs/VRFs\nSplits\nMult splits\nAssociated pumps (conventional heat pumps, big water pumps)\n\nTHE ROLE\n\nMonday - Friday / 08.30 - 17.30 \n\nYou will be a Semi Static AC Engineer, based 3 days a week on a Data Centre (single man site) in Hounslow and 2 days a week mobile working mainly within Car Show Rooms (Audi, VW etc). \n\nYour area of cover will be mainly West London, Central London and Surrounding Counties, (they don't have any sites East London & Essex). \n\nDuties:\n\nService and maintenance of mechanical plant and components as detailed within the asset registers of equipment and referenced on planned maintenance programmes which will be fundamental to the contract on a quarterly rotation basis.\n\nThe maintenance of accurate written records for works carried out to plant on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle.\nThe maintenance of accurate service records and technical reporting for works carried out to plant and equipment where these items have either failed or required emergency service.\n\nExpected general duties: -\n\nMaintain a high level of response and professionalism when dealing with customers on site.\nEnsure accurate recording, reporting and technical accountancy.\nGenerally, assist in the smooth running of the sites and support fellow team members in achieving the overall responsiveness and spirit of the contract.\nCarry out work that might be required in order to support the team in an emergency.\n\nCarrying out Service, Maintenance & Breakdown to: \n\nChilled water & DX units\nCRAC Units\nDry Aired Coolers\nChillers\nVRVs/VRFs\nSplits\nMult splits\nAssociated pumps (conventional heat pumps, big water pumps)\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\nFGAS 2079\nACRIB Skilled Refrigerant Handler Card \nC&G/NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration  \n\nSALARY & PACKAGE\n\n£45,000\n1 in 2 call out - £140 standby \nFord Ranger & Fuel Card\nHealthcare after 6 months probation \nLaptop\nPhone\n20 Days Holiday & 8 Bank holidays \nNEST Pension Scheme \nUniform & PPE\n\nPLEASE CONTACT SEAN HITCHMAN ON (phone number removed) / (url removed)
