Background Requirements
• Experience in data centers, semiconductors, power electronics, connectors, or related technologies
• Strong background in sales, account management, or business development
• Ability to work within complex, technical sales environments
• Experience managing OEMs, Tier 1s, or large technical customers is a plus
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic account plans within targeted markets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Drive product marketing strategy and align with customer needs
• Manage portfolio and support long-term growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership
• Support forecasting and production planning activities
