What you'll do:

  • Deal Origination & Execution: Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of M&A and strategic real estate investment opportunities. You’ll help identify potential acquisitions and drive deals from start to finish, shaping the future footprint of a hyperscale data centre platform.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, perform scenario analyses, and provide data-driven insights to inform investment decisions. Your Excel expertise and analytical skills will directly influence multi-million-dollar transactions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with diverse teams – legal, technical, commercial, capital markets – to coordinate due diligence and execution. You’ll ensure all workstreams move in sync, tackling challenges and keeping deals on track.
  • Investment Committee Presentations: Prepare high-quality investment committee materials, presentations, and internal memos for senior leadership and Board review. You will craft the story behind each investment and present compelling recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Transaction Negotiation: Assist in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents in collaboration with legal and other stakeholders. You’ll gain hands-on experience structuring deals and navigating complex agreements.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the existing investment portfolio and support strategic asset management initiatives to maximize value. Your insights will help steer the platform’s ongoing strategy and growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience an investment banking, corporate development, M&A, or similar role.
  • Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, logistics development, or large infrastructure projects is highly . .
  • Superior financial modelling and analytical abilities – you’re an Excel wizard who can build complex models in your sleep and turn data into actionable insights. Proficiency in PowerPoint for clear, impactful presentations is also expected.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can distill complex information into clear messages and are comfortable interacting with senior executives, investors, and technical teams alike.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude. You take ownership of your projects, thrive in fast-paced environments, and work well as part of a team. You’re detail-oriented and committed to flawless execution, but also adaptable and eager to learn.
  • A strong academic background. A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, real estate, business, or a related field is . Relevant certifications or additional skills for international work are a plus.
