Carry out detailed designs of data centres for specific end-users
Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage
Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality
Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, building and maintaining strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:

ARB registered
Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit
Experience managing data centre or industrial projects
Experience managing small teams
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong design and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
