Senior Associate / OF Counsel - Real Estate Finance

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate / Of Counsel (5–8 PQE) into its London real estate finance team. The role sits within a high-performing practice advising global funds, private credit platforms and financial institutions on complex, cross-border real estate financings. This is a key strategic hire for the team, with a focus on individuals who can own relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

You will:

• Advise on complex real estate and real assets financings across the capital stack
• Act for private credit funds, sponsors and institutional investors
• Lead transactions and take direct ownership of client relationships
• Work on cross-border portfolio financings, including logistics, digital infrastructure and multi-asset platforms
• Play a visible role in business development and client engagement

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Be a qualified lawyer with 5–8 PQE

Required Skills

• Have strong experience in real estate finance, private credit or fund-led transactions
• Be operating at Senior Associate or Counsel level in a recognised law firm
• Have direct exposure to funds, sponsors or credit investors
• Be confident leading transactions and managing client relationships

Skills

• Ideally bring early-stage client relationships or a track record of contributing to business development
