We are seeking a Senior BMS Service Engineer to join a highly respected building automation team delivering critical maintenance, fault-finding, and optimisation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, data centre, and mission-critical facilities.\n\nThis is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge smart building technologies, take ownership of key customer relationships, and play a leading role in ensuring building systems operate at peak performance.\n\nLondon Area\n\n£60,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary \nYearly Bonus \nCompany Car or Car Allowance \nPrivate Healthcare \nEnhanced Pension \n25 Days Holiday \nOvertime Opportunites \nOn Call Opportunities \n\nResponsibilities \n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service visits on BMS installations.\nDiagnose and resolve software, hardware, communication, and controls-related faults.\nPerform system modifications, upgrades, and optimisation works.\nAnalyse trends and system performance to improve energy efficiency and operational reliability.\nEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures. \n\nDesired Experience\n\nProven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.\nStrong knowledge of one or more major BMS platforms.
