Senior Civil Engineer (Roads & Drainage) \n\nAbout This Role\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise, and a genuine dedication to sustainable design. You'll collaborate across engineering teams to develop detailed civil engineering designs from concept through to completion.\n\nYour input will strengthen delivery in sectors including data centres, commercial offices, finance, education, hotels & leisure, and mixed-use developments.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nOwn and lead civil engineering design across drainage, earthworks, utilities, and more.\nGuide project teams from feasibility to final delivery.\nPartner with architects, planners, and stakeholders to deliver smart, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions.\nEnsure designs meet technical standards, safety regulations, and environmental objectives.\nMentor and support junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and driving repeat business through professional excellence. \n\nSkills & Experience\n\nQualified with a BEng or MSc (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.\nChartered or Incorporated (CEng/IEng MICE), or working towards chartership (strongly ).\nAt least 5 years of relevant civil design and project delivery experience, ideally including data centre projects.\nProficiency with Civil 3D, Micro Drainage and/or AutoCAD.\nStrong leadership, communication skills, and client-facing confidence.\nA proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainable engineering.
