Join a leading global consultancy at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions across the nuclear, renewable energy, and high-energy industrial sectors - including data centres and hydrogen production facilities.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to nationally significant projects, from supporting the UK's nuclear fleet and advancing Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technologies, to enabling the transition to Net Zero through sustainable energy systems.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer, you'll lead the design and delivery of engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle - from concept development to construction. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading civil and structural design activities for complex infrastructure projects.\nPreparing technical documentation and safety case inputs.\nSupporting nuclear licencing and regulatory processes.\nMentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical deliverables.\nEngaging with clients, regulators, and project partners.\nEnsuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe welcome applications from experienced engineers with a passion for innovation and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:\n\nA degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (MEng, MSc, BEng, BSc).\nChartered or near-chartered status (support provided).\nExperience in regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, or infrastructure.\nStrong knowledge of design standards (ACI, ASCE, AISC).\nProficiency in finite element modelling and BIM tools.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nWhat's on offer?\nOur client offer a supportive, inclusive environment where your growth and wellbeing are prioritised.
