Senior Construction Manager – Data Centres
Location: London / M25 / Thames Valley
Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 DOE
The Opportunity
Build Space are working with a Tier One contractor that has recently secured some seriously hot Data Centre projects, and they’re growing their senior delivery team.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager with Tier 1/2 Main Contractor experience and a proven track record delivering £20m–£100m+ complex projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in high-profile Data Centre schemes, with genuine scope for career progression, professional development and technical growth within a growing business.
What We're Looking For
Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor background
Senior Construction Management experience on £20m+ projects
Data Centre experience - ESSENTIAL
Strong leadership, programme and subcontractor management skills
SMSTS & CSCS Black Card
