Senior Construction Project Manager, Global Strategic Accounts

Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee field operations, resource coordination, installation, startup, commissioning, and construction activities for large-scale projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in managing MEP-related scopes and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage field activities including installation, startup, commissioning, and service work.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Lead resource planning and workforce coordination.
• Conduct project meetings and provide status updates.
• Monitor safety compliance and job site requirements.
• Support issue resolution and project closeout activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading field personnel and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with commissioning and issue-tracking processes.

• 8–12 years of related construction/project management experience.
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience.
• OSH30 certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field .
