Senior Contracts Manager

£115,000- £130,000 per annum + travel + bonus

Are you an experienced M&E Contracts Manager looking to join a leading contractor within the London market with clear career growth opportunities and a progression plan?

The Company:

· £200M turnover

· One of the UK’s leading MEP providers

· Extensive portfolio delivering on several sectors including data centres, residential, retail, healthcare, commercial new build and commercial fit out and refurbishment.

The opportunity:

· Working with the fit-out and refurbishment division, delivering projects from £10m to £35m M&E.

· A project delivery role with some client-facing.

· Hire and retain the right staff, choose the right projects and focus on programme, quality of install and handover.

· Manage the Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, so they need clear direction, and the projects will need to be regularly checked.

Skills and Background:

· An established M&E Contracts Manager with experience delivering big M&E projects, +10 ME from pre-con to handover

· Experience being n1 on-site, managing teams and direct reports to clients

· Experience within the fit-out sector is desired
