Senior Corporate Counsel, NA Stores

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to partner with Amazon's Fashion and Fitness business as they innovate and change the way people find, discover, and buy fashion and beauty products and services. Lawyers at Amazon are trusted members of the business. Our work is intellectually challenging, exciting and fast-paced. Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business.

Key job responsibilities
• Support senior business leaders as lead counsel on product decisions and strategic deals
• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including brand, licensing, and marketing contracts
• Provide day-to-day customer-focused advice and legal support to business and tech teams
• Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways
• Counsel on regulatory matters, including compliance with laws related to privacy and AI
• Handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
