Cost Manager>Senior Cost Manager - Utilities\nIdeally a commutable distance to London - hybrid working\n£55-80k DOE\n\nFantastic opportunity for a cost professional to join a leading international consultancy, specialising in the Data Centre sector.\n\nThe successful candidate will have utilities experience (preferably electrical utilities, ideally substations) and will work on a variety of projects, regularly liaising with key client contacts and stakeholders.\n\nThe role will suit someone who has delivered a range of utility infrastructure projects and offers an excellent platform to progress, with a very supportive and robust career development structure.\n\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.\n\n•\tDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.\n•\tStrong technical delivery experience\n•\tMembership of a relevant professional body\n•\tAbility to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner\n•\tStrong Feasibility and cost planning experience\n•\tExperience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services\n•\tClient facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery\n•\tAble to build long-term relationships\n•\tPreviously employed by a consultancy or end user client\n•\tStakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts\n•\tA track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines\n•\tA team player, outgoing, flexible, and career focussed\n\nPlease get in touch for further information - (url removed)
