The Opportunity: Senior Design-Build Estimator (Mechanical)

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with deep expertise in design-build mechanical projects. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional who combines technical knowledge with creativity, accuracy, and leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts for HVAC and piping design-build projects.
• Develop innovative, cost-effective proposals for healthcare, data center, and light industrial clients.
