As a Design Manager at Black & White Engineering, you will work across technically challenging projects within the data centre and wider infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring design activities are aligned with programme requirements, client expectations and quality standards, while fostering collaboration between engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across engineering projects.
- Develop and manage design programmes, ensuring deliverables are produced in line with project requirements and deadlines.
- Identify, manage and mitigate design risks, issues and project interfaces.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor design progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and project objectives.
- Support design reviews, technical assurance processes and change management activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design management processes and delivery practices.

Essential Skills
