We need a highly experienced Senior Design Manager with a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) bias to lead the technical design of our next- projects. This is your chance to push the boundaries of energy efficiency in mission-critical environments.

What You'll Do & Bring:

• Impact: Lead the entire MEP design process for complex, large-scale data centre projects. You'll deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that achieve operational excellence.
• Expertise: You must have Senior Design Manager experience in the data centre or mission-critical sector, with deep knowledge of all MEP systems (power, UPS, generators, cooling, etc.).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor internal teams and external consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Vision: A passion for sustainability and a demonstrable track record of implementing energy-efficient design practices.
• Qualifications: Relevant Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualifications.
