You ensure reliability, security, and performance while working closely with Product teams.

Your responsibilities include: Operating and maintaining our on-premises data centre infrastructure Administering and securing Linux systems and core services Supporting high-availability, monitoring, and alerting setups Operating storage, networking, and mail services Keeping systems up to date, secure, and compliant Collaborating with internal teams and documenting systems and processes What you bring along Several years of experience in system, network, or infrastructure engineering Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL / Oracle Linux ) Solid understanding of networking, high availability, and system operations Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools A security-aware mindset and strong troubleshooting skills Good communication skills and a collaborative working style English proficiency at B2 level Nice to have Experience with Kubernetes, container networking, or service meshes Knowledge of Ceph or other distributed storage systems Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, virtualization platforms, or database clusters Experience with monitoring, observability, or secret management tools Relevant certifications or German skills Why softgarden?
