Despite their growth, they've kept a genuinely collaborative and down-to-earth culture where people are trusted, supported and encouraged to develop.\n\nThey're now looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing London team.\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a modern consultancy where you'll have real input into projects, close collaboration with senior leadership, and the chance to help shape the future of a business still early in its growth journey.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou'll lead and support the delivery of electrical building services design across a range of technically challenging projects, working through all stages from concept to completion.\n\nProjects include:\n\nCommercial fit-outs\nData centres\nResidential developments\nAviation and infrastructure projects\nDecarbonisation and sustainable design schemesYou'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients and contractors, taking ownership of designs while mentoring junior engineers and supporting project delivery.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDeliver electrical design across RIBA stages\nProduce calculations, specifications and technical drawings\nLead coordination with internal and external design teams\nAttend client and site meetings\nSupport commissioning, witnessing and handover activities\nMentor junior engineers and graduates\nContribute to technical quality and project delivery standardsWhat They're Looking For\n\nExperience within building services consultancy\nStrong electrical design background across commercial projects\nProficiency with industry software and design standards\nKnowledge of lighting, small power, LV distribution and associated systems\nAbility to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients\nIdeally working toward or already CharteredWhy Join?\n\nThis is a company with the energy and culture of a business, backed by experienced leadership and an impressive project portfolio.
