We are seeking a motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join a collaborative team of talented professionals dedicated to engineering excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects, including complex buildings, data centers, campus infrastructure, commercial facilities, healthcare environments, and institutional projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and continuously expanding their knowledge to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm systems
✔ Collaborate with designers and drafters to develop construction documents and specifications
✔ Research and select equipment based on project and client requirements
✔ Conduct field inspections to verify existing conditions
✔ Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
✔ Respond to contractor RFIs and support project execution
✔ Review drawings for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent experience
7-10 years of electrical engineering design experience 
Knowledge of building power, lighting, and electrical systems
Experience with equipment selection and troubleshooting is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Bluebeam, SKM, Aspen, and/or EasyPower
Ability to read and interpret both 2D and 3D drawings

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with approximately 10% field/site work
• Site visits may require PPE, ladder climbing, walking, bending, and other physical activities associated with construction and facility inspections
