Senior Electrical Engineer – Mission Critical (MEP)

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our clients growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, mission critical projects and contribute to resilient, innovative designs that shape the built environment.

The Role

• Lead electrical design: power, lighting, UPS/generators, renewables.
• Drive mission critical + life science projects from concept to construction.
• Mentor junior staff, manage clients, and ensure code compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams.

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical/Architectural Engineering.
• 7+ years’ design experience (critical facilities/commercial/institutional).
• Strong grasp of codes + ability to guide teams.
• Bonus: PE license, LEED/WELL, Revit/AutoCAD, PM skills.
