Experience Requirements:

- 6+ years of Electrical Estimating experience
- Background in data centers, healthcare, semiconductor, or large commercial projects ($40M+ required)
- Project portfolio required with resume submission

What You’ll Do

- Lead takeoffs, pricing, and full-scope electrical estimates
- Develop competitive proposals for complex, schedule-driven projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and leadership on pursuit strategy
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor pricing
- Support client presentations and negotiations
- Continuously improve estimating tools, processes, and accuracy
