Senior Electrical Estimator Required – London - (London/ South East base is required) - Up to £80k plus package\n\nI am currently looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join my clients team in London, they have newly secured projects in and around London up to £5 million.\n\nThey focus on Commercial, Residential, Pharmaceutical and data centre type projects.\n\nI am looking for an individual with experience working for a leading M&E contractor in the past.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone looking for progression and development.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Submission of Electrical Tenders\n\n * \n\n Ensuring all deadlines are met\n\n * \n\n Liaising with clients & contractors\n\n * \n\n Variations\n\n * \n\n Procurement\n\n * \n\n Finalise tender bids\n\n * \n\n Secure contracts\n\n * \n\n Handovers\n\n * \n\n Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations\n\n * \n\n Measuring and take offs for materials and labour\n\nCandidate requirements:\n\n * \n\n Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects\n\n * \n\n Strong communication skills\n\n * \n\n Experience working within an M&E Contractor\n\n * \n\n Relevant qualifications\n\n * \n\n Benefits\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary, car allowance, pension, healthcare, expenses and discretionary bonus
