Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager\n\nLocation: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire\n\nSalary: £90,000 - £100,000+\n\nBenefits: £7,500 car allowance, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, private healthcare, company pension\n\nA Tier One M&E Contractor are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their management team working on a M&E, shell & core project in Cambridge with future projects covering various sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, pharmaceutical laboratories and data centres across East Anglia and the surrounding regions.\n\nThis is a key leadership role within the project team, responsible to lead and oversee the project delivery from pre-construction to completion ensuring the high profile project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor and play a key role in delivering complex, high-profile projects across multiple critical sectors.\n\nAs the Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee and lead the preparation and execution of the electrical element of a large scale high-profile commercial project.\n\n * Co-ordinate with project management teams, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.\n\n * Provide leadership to Electrical Project Manager and Electrical Engineers.\n\n * Financial management of project, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.\n\n * Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.\n\n * Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively.\n\n * Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.\n\n * Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, sub-contractors and internal teams to manage progress, challenges and resolutions.\n\nSuccessful applicants will have the following experience:\n\n * Significant experience in a senior electrical leadership role within large-scale M&E delivery.\n\n * Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical project with values £10M+.\n\n * Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of electrical systems, construction practices and industry standards.\n\n * Effective planning and project management skills, including planning, scheduling and resource allocation.\n\n * Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and commercial awareness.\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to achieve project goals.\n\n * The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.\n\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and relevant electrical qualification\n\nPlease contact Adam Brown on (phone number removed) / (phone number removed) for more information about this role or if you are interested in a new opportunity within the Building Services sector (Senior Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contract Manager, Senior M&E Project Manager, Senior MEP Project Manager)
