Senior Electrical Project Manager
Forest Park, IL (Greater Chicago Area)
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple electrical construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and profitability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Oversee change orders and contract administration.
- Coordinate field teams and subcontractors.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Mentor project managers and project engineers.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of electrical construction project management.
- Commercial or industrial electrical project experience.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
- Client-facing project leadership experience.
- Knowledge of contracts and change management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Nice to Have
- Data center or mission-critical project experience.
- Healthcare or institutional construction experience.
- Experience with Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar software.
- Electrical estimating experience.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience.
Pay, Schedule & Location
- Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 annually
- Bonus: Performance-based incentives
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Location: Forest Park, IL
- Work Environment: 100% Onsite (Non-Remote)
- Local travel for project meetings and networking events
