Senior Electrical Project Manager (HV) – Power Division

A growing telecoms and infrastructure contractor (£30m turnover) is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a newly established Power Division delivering HV projects across the UK.

The Role

* Lead HV projects up to 132kV (substations, grid upgrades, distribution)

* Manage projects end-to-end from client engagement through to delivery

* Act as the main client interface (utilities, data centres, Tier 1 contractors)

* Build and grow the division, overseeing teams as projects scale

* Ensure delivery is safe, on time, and within budget

The Company

* Established telecoms contractor expanding into power & data centre infrastructure

* 35 staff with 250–300 operatives nationwide

* Strong growth plans to establish as a Tier 2 provider and beyond

Requirements

* Experience managing HV projects up to 132kV

* Background in substations, grid connections, or utilities

* Strong client-facing and leadership skills

* Able to manage projects and multiple stakeholders
