About the Role
You’ll take the lead in designing and developing LV, MV, UPS, and energy storage systems, collaborating with diverse teams across engineering, operations, and sales. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing engagement, influencing industry direction and ensuring cutting-edge, compliant, and sustainable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical system design and development for data centre projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with IEC, EU codes, and relevant building regulations
- Provide technical leadership from concept to implementation
- Engage with clients, consultants, and partners as an industry expert
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive design innovation
- Support marketing activities and represent the business at industry events
- Travel for site reviews, audits, and project support as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s )
- 6–10 years’ experience in electrical design, ideally in the data centre sector
- Strong technical knowledge of power distribution, control systems & automation
- Expertise in LV & MV electrical equipment standards and regulations
- Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: Sustainable design experience or project management qualifications
